He and the Chief Ministers observed a two-minute silence to pay their respects to the martyred soldiers.

Kugelman said any conversation on Chinese inspiration must repeal India's Article 370, which gives autonomy to India-administered Kashmir. The latest clash took place in the Federation Ladakh, when it was later separated from Jammu and Kashmir for autonomy.
