As a result, as per the rules, the crime in the vicinity of the railway line, the railway tracks and the surrounding area, garbage and the stench of the railway passengers, the speed of the train was reduced, and the environment of that area was becoming polluted. And so this time the Supreme Court took a bold decision.
The Suprime court has ruled that there are 46,000 illegal huts along the railway lines in Delhi and adjoining areas. 48 thousand huts have to be demolished. In three months.
The Suprime court said the directive could not be influenced by any political influence. The administration will have to start removing the hut within the next one month.
However, the question is what will be the future of the people who are on the edge of the railway! The Supreme Court said that the huts should be evicted by making a specific list.
The apex court further said that within the next three months, the administration will clear all the rubbish lying along the 140 km long railway line.
