He wants vaccines to be invented from anywhere in the world. He also encourages research in India.


  He said that all security measures should be taken in the current situation to conduct the session so that all the members of parliament and staff do not face any difficulty.


  "The monsoon session of Parliament will begin on September 14, 2020 and will continue till October 1 without any break. The session is being held under extraordinary circumstances.Loksabha  Speaker Om Birla said in a letter to MPs.
