Vodafone and Idea Joint Venture Launch new brand VI in Indian Telicom Industry

Tech News(my India)-  New brands coming to the telecom market  in India, it was heard last June, the two companies are jointly bringing new brands to the market.  In 2016, two major telecom companies, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, merged.  .  Vodafone announced on Monday that the new telecom brand Vodafone Idea VI (pronounced We) is coming to the market soon.

 According to observers, Vodafone India could become a major competitor to Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio in the mobile or telecom industry in the coming days.  Shares of Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) traded at Tk 12.74 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.  Its price has increased by 7.91 percent.  Rabindra Takkar, MD and CEO of VIL, said, “The merger of the two brands completes the process of integration in the world's largest telecom world.

 "Our 4 G network is strong enough to provide world-class digital services to one billion Indians."  The new telecom brand will launch VIL's advertisements on TV and other digital platforms from Monday, followed by an active multi-media campaign. "Customer demand is changing. We are learning from it.  Who has been modernized, it will be suitable to meet the needs of the future.

 Kumar Mangalam Birla, chairman of Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Idea Limited, said in a statement, “India is the second largest telecom market in the world, with Indians downloading the most data in the world.  120 crore Indians get voice and data services at low cost in five lakh villages of the country.  Kumar Mangalam Birla said their brand would help build a digital economy.  Millions of people will be connected with the digital revolution, a bright future will be formed.  "The merger of the two companies is complete," said Nick Reed, CEO of Vodafone Group Pvt.  Now Vodafone Ideal will start with a new initiative
