The Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility for the killings of 11 coal miners in West Pakistan's Balochistan province.
They were abducted and killed by militants at a coal mine on Saturday.
The victims were members of the minority Shia community, and Hazaras have been repeatedly targeted by extremists because they follow Shia Islam.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has condemned the attack as an "inhumane act of terrorism".
The condemnable killing of 11 innocent coal miners in Machh Balochistan is yet another cowardly inhumane act of terrorism. Have asked the FC to use all resources to apprehend these killers & bring them to justice. The families of the victims will not be left abandoned by the govt

The attack took place near the provincial capital, Quetta, a small town near the Afghan border. The attack took place late Saturday night. Balochistan is the largest and poorest region of the country.
Armed militants abducted the miners from their homes and took them to several nearby hills.
"Six of the miners had already died and five died on the way to hospital," a local official told Dawn.
A gruesome video from the scene showed the bodies of the victims lying on the floor in a small slum - their hands tied together.
On January 3, 2021, rescuers removed the bodies of 11 Shia minorities after unidentified gunmen killed them on the outskirts of Quetta in Balochistan province.
Protesters demanding justice dumped the bodies on a main road, blocking the road.
Authorities have promised to arrest those responsible.
Members of the Hazara community are often targeted by extremists from Pakistan's Sunni Muslim majority.
