Bengal Election: Tollywood Actress Srabanti Chatterjee joins BJP

Mainstream Tollywood entertainer Srabanti Chatterjee on Monday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. The entertainer was invited in the gathering by BJP public general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya and the gathering's state president, Dilip Ghosh. 

BJP IT cell boss Amit Malviya and Rajya Sabha MP Swapan Dasgupta. 

"We invite Srabanti Chatterjee to our gathering. Individuals from different strolls joined the BJP today," Dilip Ghosh said. 

Srabanti Chatterjee is the most recent from the Tollywood business to pick the political side in front of Bengal Assembly Polls, due to be held in eight stages from March 27. 

Both the BJP and TMC have been roping in film stars and entertainers. On Thursday, Bengali entertainer Payel Sarkar joined the BJP. A day sooner, entertainer Yash Dasgupta had joined the saffron camp. 

Around the same time, cricketer Manoj Tiwary and three Bengali film stars joined the Trinamool Congress within the sight of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. 

Entertainers Raj Chakraborty, Kanchan Mullick, Sayoni Ghosh likewise joined Mamata Banerjee's gathering in front of the get together political race in West Bengal.
