Corona Update: Ration to 80 crore people of the country, announced by Modi government

  The Central Government will give rations to 80 crore people of the country.  The cost will be more than 26 thousand crore rupees.

                       

                               



Corona situation, The Modi government announced free rations in May and June.  The program will cost more than Rs 26,000 crore.  Last year too, the Center distributed free rations across the country under the Corona situation.



 According to the central government, free rations will be provided in May and June this year under the Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Food Scheme.  5 kg of rice and wheat will be given to 80 crore people.  That is why the government has to spend more than Rs 26,000 crore.



The Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a virtual meeting with the Chief Ministers of 10 states on Friday to review the Corona situation in the country. However, before the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with officials of various ministries at the Center to review the situation in the country.


 Corona infection in India again has set an all-time record in the world in the last 24 hours. India also has a record number of daily deaths. For two days in a row, the number of daily attacks has exceeded 300,000. According to the data provided by the Union Ministry of Health on Friday, 3 lakh 32 thousand 630 people have been infected with corona in India in the last 24 hours.


 According to the statistics of the Union Ministry of Health, this number was 3 lakh 14 thousand 835 people on Thursday. 




The number of daily victims in Corona on Wednesday was 2 lakh 95 thousand 41 people. This is to say that the number of corona infections in the country is increasing day by day. The number of daily deaths has also increased with the onset of the disease.




 According to the statistics on Friday, 2,283 people have died due to corona infection in the last 24 hours in the country. The daily death toll on Thursday was 2,104. The daily death toll on Wednesday was 2,023. The data says that the number of deaths is increasing day by day.




 Considering the need to deliver food to the endangered people in this situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced to provide free rations to 800 million people in the country for two months in May and June.
