NEW DELHI: The remnants of Orissa Cyclone NOUL will enter through the northeastern Bay of Bengal on Saturday night or Sunday morning and turn into low pressure as it approaches.

How will the cyclone spread to some districts of Orissa?
Sept-19- Heavy rains are likely in Malkangiri, Koraput, Raigad, Nabarangpur, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar and some parts of the rest of Orissa.
Sept 20-21- Yellow Warning will continue in Malkangiri, Koraput, Navrangpur, and Raigad.
Chance of light to moderate rain or thunderstorms in many places in the southern inner Orissa districts.
Sept 21-22- Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in isolated places in Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak, Jajpur and Kendrapara districts.
With landslides in the highlands. Possibility of flooding, underpass roads and flooding in low-lying areas of urban areas.
Yellow Warning will continue Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Sambalpur and Cuttack districts are likely to receive heavy rains in isolated places, the meteorological office said.
Sept 22- 24- Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Baragarh, Keonjhar, Balangir, Kalahandi, Sonpur and Angul districts are likely to receive isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall.
Yellow alert will continue Heavy rains are likely in isolated places across Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh and Navrangpur districts.
Fishermen Warning: Due to formation of northeastern Bay of Bengal and adjoining low pressure zones, there is a possibility of rain with gusty winds of about 45-55 kmph in North East Bay of Bengal and East Central Bay of Bengal from 20-26 September. Wind speed in the North and Bay of Bengal and West Central Bay along the Orissa coast can reach 45-55 kmph. After 24 the weather will gradually improve but till 26 there will be wind speed with moderate rain.
