  The 90-minute debate will be broadcast from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., airing on Indian and other continents according to country time. Indian time will be broadcast at 6:30 p.m.

Trump said Thursday that those who vote early by mail should show up at polling stations and if their ballots are not counted, they backed away from his remarks a day earlier, when he advised people to vote twice to check mail-in.

Without any evidence, Trump has claimed that the Nov. 3 election will be rigged because so many voters will mail ballots to avoid contact with the coronavirus at the polls.

  

The president said the election commission would try to find out if people could mail their ballots as soon as possible and then have a mail-in voting table.  A top North Carolina election official, where Trump initially selected the issue Wednesday, did not encourage voters to follow Trump's advice.

 

"If it has you will not be able to Vote & the Mail In System worked properly," Trump said in a  tweet. "If it has not been Counted, VOTE (which is a citizen's right to do)."

If a person goes to the mail-in ballot election officials with a ballot, that vote will not be counted.  .

 

"YOU ARE NOW ASSURED THAT YOUR PRECIOUS VOTE HAS BEEN COUNTED, it hasn't been "lost, thrown out, or in any way destroyed."

Voting by mail during an epidemic means replacing personal voting, but Trump doesn't believe it.
