Breking First: Sushant Singh Rajput case is coming to the fore, this time the Muzaffarpur district court has given an important order. The court asked Salman Khan, Karan Johar and 6 other Bollywood greats to appear in court. The district court said that all the mentioned persons must give their presence in the court. They do it themselves or through their lawyers. The court also gave a date for his appearance. Accordingly, these celebrities are scheduled to appear in court on October 7, 2020.
The judge asked Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bansali, Ekta Kapoor, Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Bijan to appear before the court on the charges filed by Muzaffarpur lawyer Sudhir Ojha. Notices have been sent to all of them from the district court.
Following the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, on 17June Advocate Sudhir Ojha filed a complaint in the Muzaffarpur court in the name of these celebrities. He filed a complaint under sections 306, 504 and 506 of the IPC, in the name of others, including Salman Khan, for Susanta’s death.
On the other hand, the CBI, NCB, and ED are investigating the mysterious death case of the late Sushant Singh Rajput. The CBI is ready to submit a final report on the case soon if the NCB extends its scope of investigation. Apart from Riya Chakraborty, the NCB has already arrested Sauvik Chakraborty, Sushant's employees Samuel Miranda, Deepesh Sawant and drug dealer Abdul Basit and Zayed Bilatra.
