Karachi, Oct 27: A huge blast rocked a madrassa in Peshawar, Pakistan, killing five people and injuring 50 others. There were reports of an explosion in Dir Colony.

A blast in Peshawar has killed at least four people and injured 20 others
Most of the injured are children and their condition is believed to be serious. The injured were rushed to Lady Reading Hospital. The blast was reportedly near a madrassa.
The condition of some of the injured children is critical. Doctors said they feared more casualties.
Speaking to media, Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) spokesman Mohammad Asim said five bodies and 50 injured people have been brought to the hospital so far.
Meanwhile, police officers are trying to identify the nature and type of the blast.
