On February 14 last year, 40 Army personnel were killed in a terrorist attack in Pulwama on the Jammu-Srinagar highway.  The Indian agency blamed Pakistan for the terrorist attack carried out by Pakistan Jaish-e-Mohammed.

  Imran Khan at the time blamed the results of the probe on Pakistan's involvement in the Indian election and accused the Indian agency of holding Lok Sabha elections two months away.

  Imran Khan said, "I know this is India's election season. India is blaming Pakistan without any evidence. This is a new Pakistan and new thinking that does not support terrorism."

  Imran Khan prayed false prayers in Pulwama

  In July last year, Imran Khan again refused to acknowledge his country's involvement in the Pulwama terror attack.  He told a think-tank during a visit to the United States: "This [Pulwama's terrorism] was clearly an indigenous thing."

  What steps have been taken after Pulwama?

  Ten days after the Pulwama terror attack, India launched a pre-attack on the Jaish-e-Mohammad Terrorism Training Center in Balakot.  This led to an air dogfight between the Indian Air Force and the Pakistan Air Force, when a Pakistani sent a team of 200 warplanes to bomb India.  The plan failed.

  But in the process, the plane of Abhinandan Verthaman, a commander of the Indian Air Force branch, landed at LOC's Pakistan.  He was captured by Pakistan, but was forced to be released within days.

  Imran Khan's minister was present on top of his Pulwama

  "The decision was taken by the Imran Khan government and the Pakistan army for fear of attack by India," Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, a Pakistani MP, told parliament.

  To quell opposition MLA Sadiq's remarks, Imran Khan's minister Fawad Chowdhury Chowdhury told parliament that "Pulwama was a great achievement" because "Hine Hindustan Ko Ghosh Ke Mar Hai [We have brought India into their home]".

  He said it was led by Imran Khan.

  "The success we have achieved in Pulwama under the leadership of Imran Khan is an achievement of the whole nation," Chowdhury said, fully acknowledging Imran Khan's claim that he had been ignorant of the Pulwama terror attack since February last year.
