#Kolkata: The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) will investigate allegations of corruption in Amfan's relief distribution. Allegations of embezzlement of at least Rs 100 crore in corruption of relief money of Amphan.
On this day, the Calcutta High Court directed the Comptroller and Auditor General of India to investigate. The investigation must be completed within 3 months. On the one hand, whether there has been economic irregularity will be examined in detail. On the other hand, this central institution will investigate the performance.
The inquiry was directed by the Chief Justice of the High Court on the same day. The CAG was asked to submit the report to the High Court within the next three months. , A total of five financial corruption cases were filed in the High Court. This step of the High Court is in his view.
