A car bomb killed eight people and wounded more than 15 in Kabul on Sunday, authorities said, the latest attack in the Afghan capital.
"Terrorists carried out a terrorist attack in the city of Kabul. Unfortunately, eight of our colleagues were killed and more than 15 others were injured," said Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian.
Security sources said the bomb exploded in the western part of the capital. An official from the Ministry of Health also confirmed the explosion.
