US:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by Republican partners of President Donald Trump from Pennsylvania, even announcing that President-elect Joe Biden has resigned Gen. Lloyd Austin as a candidate for secretary of state.

Austin will be the main black man to lead the Pentagon in the event confirmed by the Senate.  Reporting the surname, Biden said Austin displayed "admirable authority, character and order."

He has similarly talked about working with the general as VP in Obama's organization.

Controversy over the US presidential election, appeals to the courts and prominent people

December 8 marks the end of President Donald Trump's presidency.  He desperately wanted to bring down the November 3 presidential election he wanted, he lost to Democrat Joe Biden.  This is the "safe port" date - in accordance with the rules in federal law, states will resolve all issues related to the meeting before finalizing the results of the Electoral College (EC).  On December 14, the EC will vote for the president and vice-president.

This is an important moment for Trump.  Although he has continued his hard work to change the outcome, and his own top Republican party officials are also involved in these issues, no legal issues have gone in his favor.

The party has divided itself and even the president’s legal party has faced increasing counter-challenges to itself.

However, the Commander-in-Chief and his staunch followers have taken a new direction, which could end up in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, Dec. 8 after Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit over the annulment of election results.  Was helpful to defeat.

The lawsuit was filed directly with the Supreme Court, which ruled that the results of the "illegal election results" in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, which were claimed to be in Biden's favor, were unconstitutional.  Trump won Texas but his winning margin was lower (below 6 percent) than previous GOP wins.  In fact, Lone saved Biden from being ultimately defeated in Star State, which went to the GOP, the result of all presidential elections since 1976.

The Texas state court said the votes of any electoral college elected by the president-elect in these states "cannot be counted," according to the filing.  -19 has used epidemics.

Trump's sympathizers were involved in the move, and the president himself responded to a tweet saying "God bless Texas" with "forced courage and brilliance!"  With the word!

Texas has pursued a number of long-standing legal challenges in the lower court, including the president's campaign to bring the results of 'attempts to invalidate other states' electoral votes' in his favor.  None went in favor of the former president.

Legal experts have dismissed the case

Legal experts believe that Texas' unprecedented move will not lead to a different fate.  According to a Bloomberg report, experts feel that the southern states, which have already repeated repeated mail-in voting allegations in several courts across the country, are less likely to have their hearings on SCTUS.  Moreover, as the original “safe port” deadline draws to a close, Trump’s voters are making efforts to enforce state legislature rules.

CNBC News spoke with Paul Smith, a professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center,

"I don't think the Supreme Court would be interested."  He further warned that with this move Texas could bring back the problem for itself.  “It’s completely unprecedented, an idea that one state would claim in the Supreme Court that another state’s vote was given in the wrong way - that never happened,” he said.  "What's the harm to the state of Texas because the Pennsylvania vote went to Mr. Biden instead of Mr. Trump? There's no communication."
