#CHENAI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak ahead of the 2020 Baratti International Festival on Friday said event organizer, Vanaville Cultural Center.
The Prime Minister will speak via video conference and present the Bharati Prize, founder of the Vanavil K Ravi Cultural Center told reporters here Thursday.
The event is part of celebrating the 138th birthday of Tamil poet and writer Mahakavi Subramanya Bharati. This year the festival will be held virtually due to the pandemic.
Modi will speak before the festival on Friday at 16.30.
