LAHORE: Mumbai attack mastermind and Lakshmi-e-Taiba (LeT) operations commander Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi has been arrested. He was arrested in Pakistan on Saturday on charges of financing terrorism, an official said.
Mastermind Lockheed has been out on bail since 2015 in the Mumbai attack case. Lucknow was arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD).
However, the CTD did not mention the place of his arrest.
It said the arrest of Zakir-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, a leader of the banned organization LeT, was organized on charges of financing terrorism following an intelligence-led operation in CTD Punjab.
