ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE

Sitaraman announced a new highway project. He announced a 3,500 km corridor in Tamil Nadu, 1,100 km in Kerala with an investment of Rs 65,000, 675 km in West Bengal for Rs 95,000 and 1,300 km in Assam over the next three years. He said: "8,500 km of roadways will be awarded by March 2022 and 11,000 km of national highway corridors will be completed by 2021."


BANK

Nirmala Sitharaman said: "For startups, we are growing 1% of the company with no paid-in capital limit. Apart from IDBI, we plan to sell two more banks. IPO of LIC will be in 2022. All sales announced so far, including Air India, BPCL, CONCOR and Pawan Hans are expected to be completed by 2022. "


RAILWAYS

Sitharaman announces Rs1.10555 crore for train. It has allocated Rs 25,000 for the project in West Bengal and Rs 63,000 for Metro Chennai. In addition, further underground and municipal buses based on the PPP model and 20,000 buses planned in the cities were also announced. He said, "Metrolite and Metroneo technology will be implemented in level 2 cities and in level 1 suburbs."

AGRICULTURE

DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Foreign direct investment in insurance has increased to 74%. Sitharaman said, "FDI in insurance has increased from 49% to 74%. An important guide for local Indians." "


SWACHH BHARAT AND SWASTH BHARAT

The government announced the Urban Swachcha Bharat Mission at a cost of 1,41,678 rupees for 5 years.


UJJWALA SCHEME

Sitharaman said, “The Ujjwala Program was expanded to include one additional recipient. Another 100 areas for urban gas distribution will be added over the next 3 years. "He said the Ujjwala LPG program would add more than 1 crore of beneficiaries from the existing eight crore.


FRESH AIR

Sitharaman announced in this budget 2217 crores for 42 city centers with a population of more than one million people. Sitharaman said: "Apart from this, we are announcing the voluntary removal of vehicles in order to get old and obsolete vehicles from circulation." He said, "The vehicle will pass the fitness test for photovoltaics and 15 years to resume in 20 years."


JAL JIVAN MISSION
