Officials said a Ukrainian military plane was taking students from an aviation school and the crash happened while landing on Friday. Fell and 22 were killed. The matter has been confirmed by the officials of the Ukrainian Aviation Department.

Kharkiv Region Governor Oleksiy Kutcher said two more people on board were seriously injured, and three were still missing.
The plane crashed about 400 kilometers (250 miles) east of the capital, Kiev, just before landing at Chuhaiv Airport.
So far it is known that the plane had military personnel and most of the passengers were students at an aviation university of the Ministry of Defense.
The cause of the accident was not immediately known, but an investigation has been launched.
