 The politics of Bihar has got another dimension around the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

 Although there was talk of holding several rounds of voting in the beginning, the Election Commission wants to hold elections in Bihar in only three rounds keeping in mind the Corona situation.  Of these, voting will be held in only one phase in 28 districts.  46 lakh masks, 6 lakh PPE kits, 23 lakh gloves and 7 lakh sanitizers have been provided to prevent the spread of the infection.  Gloves will be provided for each voter before pressing the EVM button.

 Nitish Kumar is on the list to become the Chief Minister of Bihar for the fourth time as an alliance partner with the BJP.  They also have Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party and former state chief minister Jitan Ram Majhi's Hindustani Awam Morcha as partners in the NDA alliance.  The alliance has already started campaigning for the Bihar election assembly using the death of Sushant Singh Rajput as a tool.

 The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress are on the ground to jointly fight the NDA alliance.  RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav is currently lodged in jail in an animal feed corruption case.  However, he is the one who has created the face tactics of the vote.  It is alleged that Lalu is fixing the list of candidates while he is still in jail.  Laluputra Tejaswi Yadav is facing attacks on migrant workers in the Corona Crisis Lockdown and the economic crisis.

 On this day, the Election Commission said:

 Bihar Election 2020 first round election date, 28th October, second round 3rd November and third round 7th November.  Bihar election results announced on 10th November.

 • Voting in three phases in Bihar.  Voting took place in 71 polling stations in the first phase, 94 polling stations in the second phase and 78 polling stations in the third phase.  Voting in only one constituency in 28 districts.

 • Model Code of Conduct was introduced today.

 Virtual rallies can be held for electioneering.

 5 Priority of 5 people in case of public vote.

 • Submission of nomination papers and deposit of money for it will all be online.  Those who can submit their nominations with a maximum of two and two cars.

 • The last one hour will be allocated for voting of covid positive patients.

  1 hour extended for voting.

  Out of 18 lakh 87 thousand voters, 16 lakh 6 thousand voters above 18 years of age will cast their votes

 Postal ballots are available for voters over 80 years of age.

 Hygiene and infection prevention 46 lakh masks, 6 lakh PPE kits, 23 lakh gloves and 7 lakh sanitizers will be provided in each booth.

 Instructions to enter 1000 voters instead of 1500 voters in each booth.
