New Delhi: Indian Railways has announced the recruitment of Indian Railways.  Putting an end to all speculations, the Railways has decided to test more than 1,40,640 vacancies from December 15, 2020.

  Railways has received about 2.42 crore applications against 1,40,640 vacancies.

  According to the report, the preliminary screening process has been completed and computer based testing will be done

  There are vacancies in three sections of the railway for which they received applications before the outbreak of COVID-19.  The coronavirus failed the test due to a lockdown.

 

   35,208 vacancies for NTPC (non-technical popular departments like guard, office clerk, commercial clerk etc.), 1,663 vacancies for isolated and cabinet divisions (steno and shikhadi etc.) and 1,03,769 vacancies for level 1 posts (track maintainer, pointman etc.).  .

  All the RRBs reported a total of 1.40 lakh vacancies for NTPC Division, Level-1 posts and for isolated and miscellaneous departments.

  SOPs are being prepared for the current situation to conduct such tests and the principles of social distance rules and other protocols prescribed by various central and state authorities will be followed.
