BRICS Summit 2020 Live Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the Virtual Summit of Influential Grouping BRICS, which will focus on cooperation in ways such as terrorism, trade, health, energy and the impact of the coronavirus epidemic.

  "Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the 12th BRICS Summit on Global Stability, Shared Security and Innovative Growth in Russia at the invitation of President Putin," the Foreign Ministry (MEA) said in a statement.  The BRICS are considered an influential bloc.  Which represents 3.6 billion people or half of the world’s population.  The BRICS countries have a combined GDP of 16 16.6 trillion.
