 Researchers revealed on Wednesday that they had achieved an "achievement." It could be a milestone in medical science.  By experimenting on rats, human body cells will be able to regenerate.  Makes cells younger and someone may be able to help treat glaucoma and other Anti Ageing and Age related illnesses.


  The cycle will provide a tempting opportunity to successfully return to time at the cell level, helping cells recover their ability to repair injuries, illnesses and age-related damage.


  David Sinclair, senior co-author of the study, told AFP: "I am overwhelmed by the opportunity to recover organs and tissues that are difficult due to maturity and illness, especially where there is no successful drug, such as dementia."

 

  "We want to treat glaucoma in human patients (at an early stage) in two years," said Sinclair, a teacher of hereditary traits at Harvard Medical School.


  Treatment depends on the characteristics of the cells when the body is created as an imperfect organism.  After that, the cells recover and recover on their own, yet this limitation continues to erode rapidly with age.


  Researchers may be able to re-examine the strong state of cells that are drying up, but alternative ways to address their damage have been explored.


  To go back some time in the past, they change a cycle that is commonly used to refer to “clear record” cells as stimulated pluripotent immature microorganisms.


  These cells are made by infusing a mixture of four proteins that will help a cell to reprogram.


  The group will not reprogram the cells back to the state of that clear record, yet may reproduce them at a much younger age.


  So they change the mixed drink, using only three of the “young restorative” proteins - a protein called OSK - to reverse this cycle.


 They identified the retinal ganglion cells of the eye, which are attached to the cerebrum through a medium known as the axon.


  These axes form the optic nerve - and damage to them by injury, maturation, or illness results in impaired vision and vision loss.



 With OSk, they attached the lesions of the optic nerve to the rat's eye.  To test the effects of the mixed drink,


  They observed a doubling of the amount of permanent retinal ganglion cells and a five-fold expansion of the nerves again.


  "Treatment signals the nerves to go back to the brain. Usually the cells that have been shot are dead," Sinclair said.


  'Incredible Power'


  With symptoms that can reverse the damage caused by OSK injuries, the group seeks to address the effects of the illness - obviously glaucoma, which is the main source of human blindness.


  They reproduce the sites of infection, where dozens of rats develop weight gain that damages the optic nerve.


  People receiving OSK treatment experience “huge” benefits, as indicated by tests delivered in Diary Nature.


  The experiments "indicate that a large portion of the visual interest lost from the expanded interstitial stress is able to regain".


  Treatment in rats in old age yielded relatively encouraging results.  Which brings helpless vision in old age.


  After being infected with the mixed drink, the rats improve their vision and stimulate their optic nerve cells with electronic symptoms and more like young rats.


  The experiment was run over a year, and the rats showed no side effects.




  The results of additional animal tests should be confirmed, perhaps with a long way to go before dealing with humans, yet Huberman said they spoke of all the issues they considered as “an achievement of the field”.


  "The effects of OSK on individuals are still being tested, and the results still suggest that OSK may need to reprocess brain neurons across species," he wrote in a survey approved by the Independent.
