Riya Chakraborty was granted bail, and her bail application was accepted about a month after she was arrested on drug charges in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. However, the Bombay High Court has not yet ruled on his brother's death.
Another court yesterday extended their custody until October 20.
Sushant Singh case also granted bail to Rajput employees Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda.
Riya Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Manshinde said, "We are happy with the order. The truth and justice judiciary has been found. In the end, Justice Sarang V Kotwal has accepted the truth and law submission."

"Rear arrests and detentions were completely uncontrolled and out of reach of the law. The Central Agency, CBI, Enforcement Directorate and Bureau of Narcotics Control have demanded a magical end to these arrests. We are responsible for the truth. Satyamev Jayate," Mr Manishinde said.
Riya Chakraborty was arrested on September 8 on drug control charges, along with popular movie star Sushant Singh Rajput, who was found dead in her Mumbai apartment on June 14.
She was accused of being an "active member of the drug syndicate" and her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput of collaborating with her.
Riya Chakraborty said in her bail application that she and her brother were the only targets of the victim by multiple agencies. She said she did not find any evidence in the case.
He alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput “took the opportunity of people close to him to maintain his drug habit” and he tried to get him out of it. He suffered from bipolar disorder and his family claimed multiple conflicts with him. His mental health "deteriorated during the lockdown".
In Riya Chakraborty's bail application, Riya Chakraborty alleged that the actor had deteriorated Sushant's Singh Rajput relationship with his family, especially his father, so that Sushant Singh was "extremely satisfied".
Riya Chakraborty further argued that the allegations of drugs involved were much more serious than that. He was falsely accused of being involved in illegal drug trafficking and "sheltered criminals" to the Drug Investigation Agency.
The CBI is investigating the death of Sushant Singh Rajput and the Enforcement Department is investigating the financial allegations raised by the actor's father.
Drug Control Bureau Sushant Singh Rajput took action in the investigation after WhatsApp chats from Riya Chakraborty's phone revealed the conversation involving drug collection.
Allready has spoken to several top actors about this in further investigations by the Bureau of Drug Enforcement and the film industry.
