Jared Kushner, a former senior White House adviser, and his deputy, Avi Berkowitz, have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize on Sunday as mediators in four "Abraham Accords" normalization agreements between Israel and the Arab world.  The pair of former allies of former President Donald Trump have been nominated.  Is American attorney Alan Darshovitz, who was proficient as Professor Emeritus of Harvard Law School.

  Trump's son-in-law Kushner and Middle East ambassador Berkowitz were key players in the mediation agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco.

 

  The agreements lasted between mid-August and mid-December, and were the most significant diplomatic breakthrough in the Middle East in 25 years as the region was embroiled in a dispute with Iran.  Kushner said in a statement that he was honored to be nominated for the award, which will be presented in October.
