JUBA: At least ten people, including two pilots, died when a plane crashed on the runway in the southern Sudanese state of Jonglei, the governor of the region and the airline said.

He was unable to provide a specific death toll and said up to 24 people may be on the flight.
"It is with great shock and horror that we receive news of the crash of the Supreme Airlines (HK-4274) plane in South Sudan," said Governor Dinai Jock Chagor in a statement sent to AFP.
