Watch: RORO express train with liquid oxygen leaves RINL Vizag steel plant in COVID Patients, several states report lack of oxygen RoRo express train with liquid oxygen.

On the left  RINL Vizag steelworks is being absorbed The train goes to Maharashtra, which is facing a severe lack of oxygen . Challenges in Moving Oxygen Express: Because oxygen is a cryogenic and dangerous chemical, railroads need to avoid sudden accelerations and decelerations and control the pressure in between, especially when it's loaded.

However, the railways took it as a challenge, they mapped the route, trained people and were able to bring these tank trucks of the special size over the Vasai, Surat, Bhusaval, Nagpur route to Vizag. Ro Service Railways had to map the entire route taking into account the various constraints such as ghat sections, roads over bridges, tunnels, curves, platform canopies, flight equipment, etc. in certain places.

It Is an important aspect in this movement, railroads mapped the route through Vasai. It was considered feasible to place the tank truck model T1618 with a height of 3320 mm on flat wagons. The longest route through Vasai was not permitted as an ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) journey in the ghat sections above the Mumbai division. there is more than 1850 km between Kalamboli and Vizag, which these tankers only covered in about 50 hours.

7 tankers with more than 100 tons of LMOs (liquid medical oxygen) were loaded in 10 hours and transported back to Nagpur in just 21 hours.

They unloaded 3 tankers in Nagpur yesterday and the remaining 4 tankers arrived in Nashik at 10.25am. From Nagpur to Nashik in just 12 hours today. Oxygen transport by train is faster than road transport over long distances.

Rail transport takes 2 days while road takes 3 days. Trains can run 24 hours a day, but truck drivers must stop, etc.The green corridor was created for the faster movement of these tankers and motion surveillance was carried out at the apex level.
