>>>  Since the city of Chennai was identified as a hot spot in Coimbatore, the incidence has been increasing rapidly in the entire city of Chennai.
About 5,000 COVID-19 patients have been confirmed in Chennai so far, of which 2,000 have been in contact with the Coimbatore market cluster.



Tamil Nadu has become the third state in India to report more than 9000 coronavirus cases. About 249 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 9,227.
